Brett Billec is a managing attorney at Rauser & Associates, and manages the Youngstown office.
Mr. Billec has been with Rauser & Associates since 2003 and has grown the Youngstown office, which represents clients in Trumbull, Mahoning, Ashtabula, and Columbiana counties, from being the sole attorney to the largest bankruptcy filer in the district. Mr. Billec oversees the several hundred Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases filed each year in the Youngstown office from start to finish.
Mr. Billec has extensive experience representing clients in more challenging bankruptcy cases, and draws on his experience to make his clients’ experience with the bankruptcy process as smooth as possible. Many Chapter 7 cases are discharged without any property being turned over to the Trustee, and a majority of Chapter 13 cases are confirmed without any changes to the proposed plan.
When matters need to be presented to the Bankruptcy Judge. Mr. Billec’s clients can be assured that he will fully represent their interests before the bankruptcy court to obtain a discharge of debts in Chapter 7, or an affordable consolidation through Chapter 13 repayment.
