Jennifer Donahue is the manager of the Canton office of Rauser & Associates and has helped hundreds of clients obtain a fresh financial start through Chapter 7 bankruptcy and consolidate debts through a Chapter 13 repayment plan. Attorney Donahue is an experienced Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy attorney. She has helped hundreds of clients discharge millions of dollars in debt and uses her experience with the bankruptcy process to suggest the best solution to her clients’ financial difficulties.
Jennifer was born and raised in Stow, Ohio. She graduated from Stow-Munroe Falls High School in Stow, Ohio. She played varsity soccer and ran track for her high school. She attended The Ohio State University, where she played Women’s Rugby and received her bachelor’s degree in 2011. Before attending law school, Jennifer worked on a thoroughbred race horse farm in Lexington, Kentucky.
Jennifer attended The University of Akron School of Law, where she joined Phi Alpha Delta, The Animal Legal Defense Fund, and The Federalist Society. She became Secretary/Treasurer for the Federalist Society. She made the Dean’s List numerous times. She interned for The Honorable Judge Benita Y. Pearson at the Northern District Court of Ohio, Eastern Division in Youngstown, Ohio. She also interned with Judge Allison McCarty at the Summit County Court of Common Pleas.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor and Litigation Certificate from Akron School of Law in December 2015. She is also in the process of earning her Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Akron College of Business Administration. Jennifer is admitted to practice law in Ohio. She is also admitted to practice in the Northern District Court of Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Akron Bar Association, Medina County Bar Association and Stark County Bar Association. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family. She enjoys hiking in the Metroparks with her dog. Outside of the office, attorney Donahue is an active hobbyist, constantly looking to start new projects such as painting, songs, knitting, etc.
